This Program is designed to find calm and breath while promoting balance, flexibility and strength in partnership with the horse. This is a stand-alone program or the concepts can be incorporated into other program lesson plans. This truly is an hour of relaxation for total mind-body wellness. Lessons can be done as an individual class or in a group of up to 4 participants. Conducted by PATH Intl. Certified Instructors and Partnered with Debra Kelly, who owns and operates Kent Island Yoga and Wellness Studio. Debra has a lifelong passion for health & wellness and has over 5,000 hours of on the mat yoga teaching experience.
Debra is a graduate of the Kripalu School of Ayurveda and is registered with NAMA at the practitioner level. "The sciences of Ayurveda and Yoga are beautifully woven together. The power of these practices in combination can create tremendous shifts in body, mind and spirit.
